We are preferred impanelled Govt. Valuer & Technical Consultant for services like Valuations, TEV, and LIE from more than 20 Nationalized Banks/ PSUs like SBI, PNB, BOB, IDBI, IFCI, SIDBI, United Bank, HUDCO, and many more banking majors. We have more than 30 years of rich experience in Tangible assets Valuations, Chartered Engineering Services, Technical Consultancy Services, Lending Independent Engineering Services, Techno-Economic Feasibility cum Viability (TEV) Reports & Other Project Report works.

Our Service bucket ranges from – Immovable Property & Plant & Machinery Valuations, Chartered Engineering Services, Lender’s Independent Engineering Services, Project Reports, Utilization & Completion Certificates, Techno-Economic Feasibility cum Viability (TEV) Reports. We have a PAN India presence with total 10 number of branches spread across 6 different states with Regd. office at Delhi and other offices spread all across the country.

Our USP is a team of 75 strong technical associates ranging from JE’s (ITI Diploma), BE/ B.Tech (Full time degree holders) specialized in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & other Applied Engineering fields with CA, ICWA, MBA professionals and more than 100 associated external Technical Consultants, expert in multi-disciplinary Industry fields. Till date we have successfully completed more than 40 thousand tangible assets Valuations (small, medium & large), 100 TEV jobs (small, medium & large), 280 LIE, more than 7500 different Chartered Engineering Services and last but not the least more than.
