He started his career with India’s Navratna company Oil & Natural Gas Commission (ONGC). Due to being from a business background Sh. Agarwal has started his own Steel, Fabrication & Casting unit majorly for manufacturing large Canal Sleuth gates with the name R.K Engineering Works. This company has become a pioneer in manufacturing Canal Channel gates. Later on due to changes in technology and procedure Canal gates manufacturing was no longer required. Thereafter Sh. Agarwal started his own valuations, consulting & advisory company with the name R.K Associates to provide Project reports and other due-diligence services to the establishing industries or businesses. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Valuers/Engineers. Personally, his ideology is simple and believes in the basic principles of life. A very technically sound person who offers a strong knowledge of management-related activities and quality management principles. He is a very senior & seasoned person and is highly respected within the Banking sector for his technical acumen, and innovative ideas for the Banking system. He has been very instrumental in consulting Finance Ministry & Planning Commission for bringing a strong law for the banking system to recover their dues from the borrowers which has been enacted as SARFAESI Act-2002 by the Parliament of India.

He is a registered and Govt. Approved Valuer and impaneled in almost all Public Sector Banks, PSU Organizations, Financial institutions, CBDT, and with many other reputed institutions. He has a wide technical and functional experience in multi-disciplinary industrial sectors like Sugar, Petroleum, Cold storage, Power, Cement, Large Infrastructure Projects, etc.

He has been instrumental in bringing this company to a level that is now operating in pan India and providing state-of-the-art high-quality reporting services to the Banking sector.

He has understood the need for creating a collaborative environment in achieving the Company vision of providing in-depth detailed reporting services carrying quality and correct information and has thus brought many respected experts & consultants from varied multi-disciplinary industry fields on the company’s panel to provide assignment-based expert opinions for various LIE & TEV jobs.

Acknowledging his technical skills and ability for finding out-of-box solutions, the Housing and urban development corporation (HUDCO), New Delhi has allotted a building center project to his organization for promoting low-cost housing themes in rural parts of the country.
