He has worked in Senior Project Management positions in a few of the world's largest conglomerates of the world like GE, and Xerox before joining R.K Associates. At R.K Associates, He is successfully pursuing the business interests of the company as its Executive Sr. Vice President (Projects, Business Planning & Strategies Group). He is also the founder of organizations like InnoRev Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Aadhavan Foundation.

Mr. Agarwal has been instrumental in creating new business verticals in the company and creating new business opportunities in the area of advisory & consulting. In his leadership, R.K Associates has become a ‘Center of Excellence’ and one of the finest & leading Valuation & techno-engineering consulting companies in India and is giving strong competition to International consulting organizations.

He has played a key role in bringing business transformation and systematic changes in the company by implementing Process oriented working through documented policies and adopting technical & operational best practices to achieve higher efficiency & productivity in the deliveries and work processes. This has ensured that each and every delivery passes through Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with the highest level of quality and error-free reporting services. He has been at the forefront of several strategic business engagements of the company.

He has also been instrumental in bringing many new technology-driven innovations in this field to minimize error gaps and achieve higher efficiency, more accuracy, and better data processing. He has built the concepts of the products like Valuation Intelligent System (VIS) and Integrated Project Monitoring System (IPMS) and has worked as a Program Leader right from planning, execution, and integration of these in-house technology Projects of the company with the company’s system and Banking processes.

He has advised the Govt., Ministries, RBI, and Banks on various fronts like Company Valuation & Valuers Rules, 2017, Banking Reforms to eradicate mortgaged property-related frauds in the Banking Sector, Reforms to increase recoveries from the pledged collateral of the cases under DRTs/ SARFAESI.

He has the vision to make the Indian Banking sector risk-free by implementing systematic reforms and by strengthening its due diligence and account monitoring procedures.

He has handled various prestigious large-scale projects in Valuations/ LIE/ TEV Infrastructure Projects in sectors like Power, Road, Tunnel, Infrastructure, Milk Processing, Real Estate, etc. with the estimated Project cost ranging from Rs.100 cr. to Rs.50,000 cr.

He is now transforming and shaping the company into a fintech sector by fine-tuning the products like VIS & IPMS and other new ideas and initiatives.

He is a writer and thinker on various subject matters related to national and social importance and has been advising PMO, Niti Aayog, various Ministries, and Public Institutions on subject matters like education, ease-of-doing-business, growth and progress of the Nation, etc.
